CRITICAL PRIORITY RULE: These Website Terms govern general public website navigation, content viewing, and prospective lead submissions. These Website Terms DO NOT override, alter, or supersede any executed client contracts.

Where Final Venture enters into a Master Services Agreement (MSA), Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), Statement of Work (SOW), or formal technical proposal signed by authorized representatives of both parties, the terms of that signed contract shall strictly govern the applicable client engagement and prevail in all respects over these general website terms.

Final Venture operates as a product engineering partner based in Bengaluru, India. We design, architect, build, and support software products, MVPs, mobile applications, and custom enterprise software for startup founders and enterprise leadership.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view Website materials strictly for internal, non-commercial evaluation purposes. You agree not to:

Client Deliverables & IP Transfer

For client engineering projects, intellectual property ownership, source code transfer, repository rights, and licensing terms are governed strictly by the executed Statement of Work. Upon full payment of milestone fees, full IP rights for custom software deliverables transfer to the client as specified in the applicable SOW.

We respect proprietary product concepts. Any confidential business information, wireframes, product specs, or codebase access shared during initial technical evaluations will be kept strictly confidential.

We routinely execute standard bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to reviewing proprietary architecture or trade secrets.

Custom software solutions delivered by Final Venture may incorporate standard open-source libraries or third-party cloud services (e.g., AWS, Vercel, Supabase). Such components are subject to their respective open-source licenses (MIT, Apache 2.0) or commercial third-party terms.

THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. FINAL VENTURE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Specific performance warranties, SLA uptime guarantees, and bug-fix warranty periods for client software are defined exclusively within executed client Statements of Work.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FINAL VENTURE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THIS WEBSITE.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Website Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
